Sunday, October 17, 2010 15:30  Engine 201 responded to the 900 block of Mariposa Rd fora reported motor vehicle accident. Engine 201 arrived to find a truck that had went off the roadway and struck a culvert. Engine 201's crew assisted with patient care and traffic control. No other vehicles were involved in this incident.
