Friday, January 22, 2010 02:47 - Tanker 204 responded to assist Stanley Fire with a reported structure fire at 106 Mariposa Rd. Stanley units arrived at Kim's kitchen to find fire and smoke showing in the front foyer of the restaurant. The fire was brought under control within minutes of the first units that arrived. Alexis's crew forced the front interior doors into the restaurant to check for extension. The structure was ventilated and the Gaston County Fire Marshal's Office was called out for investigation. Tanker 204 operated on scene for about an hour. East Gaston Engine 303 and Squad 309 also responded.
